For decades, the utilities sector has been seen as; stable, predictable, and operationally focused. But today, those strengths aren’t enough. As the pressure to modernise accelerates, driven by decarbonisation goals, market deregulation and rising customer expectations, utilities organisations must think beyond pipes, plants, and predictable workflows.
