Client Challenge 

Our client, a care home based in Wales, was facing a critical staffing challenge. The Home Manager needed to urgently recruit two key permanent hires to maintain compliance with CIW regulations and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality care. Despite internal efforts, the recruitment process was slow, and the calibre of applicants did not meet the care home's standards.
