We have worked with our client, a leading provider of technology and telecommunications, since 2019 providing agile, workforce solutions across mobile and core network domains.
As one of Europe’s largest telecommunications providers, our clients plays a key role in 5G rollout initiatives as well as core network transformation projects in Belgium and the UK, and are pivotal in the delivery of next-generation connectivity.
In order to meet their strategic objectives, they established a framework of strategic suppliers that could provide the capability and capacity to augment their internal capability, whilst maintaining compliance with all local labour legislation.
Our Solution
We were selected as a strategic talent partner, to deliver highly skilled professionals tailored to every phase of the network lifecycle, from early-stage planning to end-to-end deployment, integration, and optimisation.
Our dedicated Service Delivery Team are responsible for working collaboratively with the client to define requirements, evaluating how our experts can integrate with their internal workforce to increase velocity and quality of output.
They are also responsible for developing networks of telecommunications specialists ranging from strategic leadership through the engineering capability. This is performed ahead of live requirements at no cost or obligation to the client.
We work to a structured governance framework with strict service levels, requiring us to provide fully qualified resource recommendations with 72 hours of notification of a requirement. We also provide regular reports and lead on quarterly service reviews, where we identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
