Client Case Study: International Military Alliance Organisation

Client Challenge

Since 2006, LA International has supported this international military alliance organisation. We supplied a wide range of IT, project and programme management, and military resources on both Time and Materials and Statement of Work (SOW) bases.

Over time, we became the largest supplier of security cleared personnel to the organisation’s communications and information agency, delivering resources across 32 countries.

Our Solution

Our long-standing relationship with the client gave us deep insight into their processes, high-demand skillsets, and operational challenges. We used this knowledge to build strategic partnerships with stakeholders, offering market intelligence and guidance on capability planning.

Key elements of our solution included:

  • A dedicated Service Delivery Team focused on high-demand roles
  • Creation of Capability Pools of security-cleared professionals using multi-country digital sourcing strategies
  • Collaboration with a pan-European expert network to design and deliver outcome-based project solutions
  • A flexible service model tailored to deliver maximum value for money

Since the framework’s inception, we have delivered over 1,000 resources across disciplines such as:

  • IT and Communications
  • Cyber Defence
  • Project Management
  • Quality Assurance

Value Delivered

Our ability to deliver high-quality, security-cleared personnel has been instrumental in helping the client achieve its mission objectives.

Key outcomes include:

  • Significant cost savings by eliminating subcontractor layers and associated fees
  • Improved service efficiency through direct engagement and streamlined processes

Client Testimonial

“The quality of the Resources provided is really high, they have all been very professional and able to integrate in the team and be productive from Day 1. Each individual proved to be adaptable, effective, knowledgeable, and have good communication skills – we are very grateful for that. The proof of the LAi contractor’s value is demonstrated by the fact that all contracts were so far renewed. From the process perspective, all contractors selected from LAi were in possession of the required security clearance, which has really sped up the process of on boarding. Finally, all contractors provided were within the budget allocated, which helped with the proper budgetary planning.”
