Since August 2017, LA International has partnered with a central government agency in support of its transformative Modernisation Programme. This long-term initiative aims to enhance the experience of internal users and key stakeholders by overhauling complex, interdependent systems across the organisation.
Delivering change at this scale presented several core challenges. The system architecture was highly intricate, requiring extensive specification work and rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT). In addition, the programme was delivered within a collaborative environment, necessitating seamless coordination between internal teams and third-party suppliers. The breadth of testing required spanned both functional and non-functional domains, demanding a flexible and technically adept service model.
Our Solution
Through successive contract renewals, LA International has delivered a fully managed testing service, embedding skilled consultants directly into the client’s delivery teams. Each consultant is ISEB/ISTQB certified and holds current SC clearance, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with strict security protocols.
Working collaboratively across stakeholder groups, our team has provided comprehensive test coverage throughout the delivery lifecycle. Services have included test assurance, analysis and design, test execution, UAT support, and preparation for release readiness.
This capability has been underpinned by strong proficiency across a diverse set of tools and technologies, including Oracle Siebel, Salesforce, AWS, Amazon Redshift, XML, and SQL, alongside experience in platforms such as Web, CEC CONNECT, and Cloud environments. Our consultants are well-versed in Agile, Waterfall, V-model, TDD, and BDD methodologies, with an emphasis on continuous SaaS integration. All delivery has been aligned to ITIL and ISTQB standards.
