Since 2017, LA International has partnered with a central government agency to deliver its flagship Modernisation Programme; a long-term transformation initiative designed to improve digital services, enhance user experience, and modernise core systems.
Operating in a technically complex landscape, the programme required rigorous assurance across multiple delivery stages and involved extensive collaboration with both internal staff and third-party suppliers. Core challenges included a highly intricate system architecture, large volumes of functional and non-functional requirements, and the need to seamlessly embed into a dynamic delivery environment.
Our Solution
Through multiple contract renewals, LA International has delivered a fully managed testing service embedded within the client’s delivery teams. All consultants deployed are ISEB/ISTQB certified, SC cleared, and equipped with substantial experience across enterprise platforms, cloud environments, and AI-driven testing tools.
Beyond traditional testing services our consultants have played a key role in embedding AI-enabled solutions into the client’s delivery model. This includes the integration and optimisation of AI tools for automated test execution, defect prediction, anomaly detection, and regression testing analysis, significantly increasing testing efficiency and reducing cycle times.
Working alongside stakeholders and third-party vendors, our teams have:
- Embedded intelligent automation frameworks to reduce manual testing effort
- Applied natural language processing (NLP) models to analyse user stories and generate test cases
- Supported the evaluation and implementation of AI tooling in continuous delivery pipelines
- Delivered insight through AI-assisted data analysis to support operational decision-making
This capability has been complemented by a broad technical skill set across Oracle Siebel, Salesforce, AWS, Redshift, XML, and SQL. Our consultants have delivered using a wide range of methodologies and supported end-to-end integration within CI/CD environments, all underpinned by compliance with ITIL and ISTQB standards.
