Since 2002, our graduate scheme has been highly successful in developing our internal recruitment talent. Building on this strong foundation, we launched our LAi Academy in 2021 to shape the future of our business. Designed to support early career professionals, our expert-led programme fosters a dynamic, collaborative, and real-world learning environment, enabling individuals to grow together while sharing knowledge and best practices as they progress.

Our 12 to 18 month training program guides you through key milestones from Resource Consultant to Account Consultant, ensuring you gain the skills needed to thrive in recruitment. Through the program, you'll become immersed in the full recruitment lifecycle, from resourcing and networking, to client visits and strategy development!
