Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Application Service Lead After a comprehensive tendering exercise, LA International successfully won a large project which centred around our Application and Testing Function. Their first task was to migrate 30+ resources from an incumbent supplier, which they did very effectively and with no disruption to our live services. LA International then worked closely with our business to analyse where processes could be improved and where cost could be removed.

During this time there was an unforeseen ramp up in resource demand – this presented issues on several levels – a large volume was required at very short notice, security clearance was mandatory and geographical challenges were encountered due to our main site location.  LA International managed to successfully deliver the resources by utilising pre-qualified resource pools, maximising on their strengths within the security space and by playing a major part in the interview process.

Overall, as Technical and Service Delivery Manager on the project, I can confirm that LA International successfully delivered everything asked of them in a very professional manner and I would highly recommend them.
